BOB & GEORGIA HUNEYCUTT
Founded in 1997 by Bob Tyson Huneycutt, Tyson Property Management, Inc. quickly became New Mexico's premier property management firm under the joint leadership of Bob and his wife, Georgia Huneycutt. A retired Air Force Colonel and F-15 Fighter Pilot, Bob's military discipline and academic credentials from the University of North Carolina set a high bar for organizational excellence. Georgia, a University of Texas alumna, brought her diverse experience from IBM, real estate, and federal investigation to further the company's success. Their shared military values and business acumen led to Tyson PM receiving the GAAR Excellence in Property Management Award in 2010. Today, the company upholds the legacy of its founders, who now enjoy retirement with their grandchildren.
