Where Our Properties Are Located
Tyson Properties Inc. provides leasing and property management services to Home Owners of residential property throughout the Albuquerque Metro and Rio Rancho areas. We can also assist with buying and selling residential properties in the same areas.
We manage homes in most all of Albuquerque’s major subdivisions for Albuquerque in the NE, NW, SE and SW subdivisions. On Albuquerque’s west side, we have many homes in the city’s largest subdivisions such as Ventana Ranch, Taylor Ranch, Paradise Hills, Paradise Heights, Tuscany, Double Eagle, Anderson Hills, Anderson Heights and Ladera Heights. On Albuquerque’s east side, we manage homes in Academy Acres, Cherry Hills, Tanoan, Altura Park, Nob Hill, Volterra, just to name a few.
We also manage a large number of homes in the Rio Rancho suburbs of Cabezon, Northern Meadows, Enchanted Hills and Mariposa.

We are actively involved with the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM)®, the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce. Our Owners and Department Managers are all Licensed Realtors and have many years of property management experience.
We provide and participate in training and continuing education relevant to our specialties. We continue to learn about fair housing, mold, wrongful eviction, marketing, background checks, current market statistics and trends which help us to stay at the leading edge of our field. Our expertise will help you maximize the return on investment you receive from your property.
Working with Owners and Tenants
During our office hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, there is always someone available in the office to answer a call or reply to an email. We have specialized departments that can assist with the various stages of the property management cycle, from Leasing to Accounts and Bookkeeping to Maintenance and Property Inspections.
For the convenience of our Property Owners, we send monthly statements via email and are able to direct deposit your rental income into the bank account of your choosing.
For the convenience of our Residents, we offer automated property showings, online applications, online rent payments and online Repair Request reporting. Our repair requests are monitored outside of our normal business hours in the event of an emergency, and we work with licensed and insured Vendors who offer weekend and after hours services.
