Janessa has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2006. She has worked in all aspects of our company and has experience in all areas, from Accounting to Property Management to Sales. In May 2008, she graduated Cum Laude from the University of New Mexico's Anderson School of Business. She obtained her Bachelor's of Business Administration with concentrations in Entrepreneurial Studies and Organizational Development. In 2011, she completed her Masters Degree of Business Administration with concentrations in Human Resources and Policy and Planning.
Jennie was born in Manhattan, New York and raised in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. She comes to Tyson Properties with over 4 years of supervisory experience and 6 years of customer service experience at large big box retail stores. Jennie is a graduate of Rio Rancho High School and a part-time student at the Central College of New Mexico. She is working towards earning a business degree. Jennie is a certified yoga instructor and loves to share her knowledge with others. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, and practicing yoga.
Tim was born and raised in Chicago. He went to Eldorado High School here in Albuquerque. Tim spent 3 years serving our country in the US Army. Then he spent 20 years in city government sector. After retiring from the City of Albuquerque, Tim spent 14 years conducting background checks for the Federal government. Tim is now a home inspector with Tyson Properties.
Brenda comes to Tyson Properties with over 4 years of management experience and a degree in Business Management. Starting from the bottom up, Brenda worked her way to General Manager at a service based restaurant in 2 short years. Before that time Brenda worked as an accounting assistant for a large manufacturing company in Las Vegas, NV. Brenda brings her wonderful customer service skills and impressive knowledge base to her role here at Tyson. As a licensed agent, she plans to grow her Property Management career with Tyson Properties.
Judy Griego comes to Tyson Properties with over 17 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience. Judy has worked in various accounting fields; construction, retail and previously worked as the Office Manager for a local manufacturng company. She is from Northern New Mexico and has been an Albuquerque Native for over 20 years.
Chelsea Henson was born and raised in the small town of Hobbs, NM. She has been attending school to acquire her degree in Hospitality and Tourism. She has attended both UNM and CNM in hopes of obtaining her degree in the next couple of years while working and studying full time. Chelsea enjoys having free time to spend with her little brother and nephew, taking road trips with friends, and practicing her cooking skills while at home watching her favorite TV shows. Although Chelsea has lots of experience in customer service and enjoys pushing her limits in all kinds of work areas, from inspecting to leasing to front desk duties.
Victoria Hernandez was born and raised in New Mexico. Victoria is a graduate of Rio Rancho High School. After high school, she worked in various customer service jobs until she found her niche serving people in the housing sector. Victoria worked within the local apartment community for over five years prior to making a change into single-family home management at Tyson Properties.
In her spare time she likes to spend time with her husband, nieces and nephew, take her dog to the river, camp with friends, go to concerts, 4-wheeling, and take road trips around our scenic state.
Dean has over 17 years of experience in the accounting field and has been in real estate accounting for the past two and a half years. Previous experience includes credit union, restaurant, golf course and construction. He served in the Navy during Desert Storm.
I, Holga Lopez, was born in California, but I was raised here in Albuquerque. I love Albuquerque and enjoy the mountain views here and consider New Mexico my home. I graduated from Rio Grande High School, and I am very proud to be bilingual in English and Spanish. My work experience has been in finance and loan processing, and I've provided excellent customer service to the public for the past 10 years. I am excited and happy to start a new adventure and experience in the property management industry. In my spare time I love and enjoy spending time with my family and my little dog.
Linda is a long time resident of Albuquerque and a lifelong native of New Mexico. Linda obtained her New Mexico Real Estate License in 2010 and has worked as a property manager for 5 years before joining Tyson's staff. She has over 25 years of customer service experience and office management experience. Linda has also worked with a major production home builder which gives her a keen insight into the homebuyer process. She is friendly, patient and enjoys helping people find solutions. Linda has 3 children and enjoys spending time with them.
Marie (Jenny) Peixotto was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. She has worked in the Insurance Industry for over 6 years and is an experienced office manager. After a ten year career in the hotel service industry in Las Vegas, NV she returned to her hometown. Marie (Jenny) enjoys spending time with her husband and four children.
Kathleen comes to Tyson Properties with over 18 years of Front Desk, Receptionist experience. She enjoys working with the public being the first friendly face everyone sees when they walk into our office. She attended Brown Mackie College for her Bachelors of Science in Business Management. She is happily married to her wonderful husband Frank and together have 5 children & 6 grandchildren that they are very proud of.
Jamie Sandoval was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. Jamie graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology & Journalism from University of New Mexico. She has worked in various management and human resources positions throughout the city--once working with a kickboxing coach. Jamie Sandoval has over 6 years of customer service & secretarial experience. In her spare time, Jamie enjoys reading and spending time with her family and pets.
