Our Team at Tyson Properties
Janessa Parra joined Tyson Properties, Inc in 2006 and worked under the close mentorship of Bob and Georgia Huneycutt as both the Office Manager and then Broker In Charge for many years. In 2018, Janessa and her husband, Isachar became the proud Owners of Tyson Properties. Janessa graduated Cum Laude from the University of New Mexico's Anderson School of Business with both a Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration with concentrations in Entrepreneurial Studies and Organizational Development and a Master's Degree of Business Administration with concentrations in Human Resources and Policy and Planning. Janessa has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2006 and is also a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.
Isachar Parra joined his wife, Janessa as Co-Owner of Tyson Properties, Inc in 2018. Isachar has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2006. Prior to joining Tyson Properties, he worked as a Sales and Leasing Broker at Metro Commercial for five years specializing in Investments, Retail and Commercial development. Isachar graduated from the Anderson School of Business at the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
Esther Silva originally joined Tyson Properties in 2011 and obtained her Real Estate license shortly after in 2012. Esther is our Account Manager and is responsible for overseeing our existing Owner and Tenant accounts. She also works directly with all incoming Property Owners. Esther has worked in all areas of property management within our organization and is always willing to provide assistance for any Home Owner or Tenant issues that may arise. Prior to working at Tyson Properties, Esther was an Office Manager for small loan companies which helped build her wonderful customer services skills. Esther was born and raised here in Albuquerque, NM and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Jamie Sandoval joined Tyson Properties in 2016. She is our Accounts Coordinator and works to help our Owners and Tenants with any of their questions or concerns. Within her first few years at Tyson, Jamie was promoted several times and has had the opportunity to train in multiple positions. Her experience has helped her to become an effective Coordinator and deliver high quality customer service to our clients and customers. She graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2014 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology & Journalism and previously worked as a Legal Assistant & Self-Defense Trainer.
Brenda DuBose joined Tyson Properties in 2012. Brenda is our Leasing Manager and oversees all aspects of the Leasing Department to ensure both Owners and Tenants have a successful tenancy. Brenda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and she obtained her Real Estate License in 2013. Brenda has worked in all areas of Property Management within our organization and has a vast understanding of our local rental market.
Marie Peixotto joined Tyson Properties in 2016. She has been involved in many different aspects of property management within our organization and is our Leasing Coordinator at Tyson Properties, Inc. In this role she takes on all aspects of helping applicants find the right home for their needs. She is well trained in the application process and in helping the Home Owner get their home ready for the market. Before her career here at Tyson Properties, Marie was a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent for 6 years.
Becca Morales became a member of the Tyson Properties' Team in 2018 bringing with her excellent customer service skills from four years spent in the retail industry. She is our Front Office Coordinator and will likely be the first person you speak with when calling into our office. She happily provides support to Applicants, Tenants, and Home Owners by answering questions and connecting them to the Team Member who specializes in their needs.
Linda Moore joined Tyson Properties in 2012 and she has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2011. She is our Maintenance and Inspection Department Manager. She works closely with Home Owners and Tenants to ensure the repairs being done at their homes are completed in a timely manner and that the Vendors provide quality service at industry standard pricing. She also oversees all of our vacant and occupied property inspections and reporting. Her background is in Customer Service and Home Warranty, having worked in the new home construction industry prior to her employment with Tyson.
Jennie Bowen joined Tyson Properties in 2015. Jennie is our Maintenance Coordinator at Tyson Properties, Inc. In this role she works closely with Home Owners and Tenants to coordinate the needed repairs timely and cost-effectively with our preferred Vendors. Overseeing the repairs and ensuring our tenants are safe and comfortable is a top priority for her. Jennie has worked in all aspects of property management on our team and before her career here at Tyson Properties, Jennie worked in supervisory and customer service roles. She is currently working on completing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
Chelsea Henson started at Tyson Properties in 2017 and is our Inspections Coordinator. Chelsea is responsible for the scheduling and reporting on all of our property inspections. She has plenty of experience in customer service and enjoys working in many different areas within our organization. She prides herself on going above and beyond to ensure that the Home Owners’ properties are kept in their best condition and that Tenants experience their best tenancy. Chelsea was born and raised in the small town of Hobbs, NM. She has been attending both UNM and CNM in hopes of obtaining her Bachelor's Degree in Business in the near future. Chelsea enjoys having free time to spend with her family, taking road trips with friends, and figure out ways to improve her daily life and work toward a successful future.
Tim Brannock has been with Tyson Properties since 2017. Tim is one of our Property Inspectors and conducts our property site visits for both vacant and occupied properties. Tim was born and raised in Chicago. After graduating from Eldorado High School, here in Albuquerque, he joined the US Army and served our country for 3 years. He then spent 20 years in city government sector. After retiring from the City of Albuquerque, Tim spent 14 years conducting background checks for the Federal government.
Holga Lopez joined Tyson Properties, Inc in 2016. Holga is one of our Property Inspectors and conducts our vacant and occupied property inspections. Holga’s background is in finance, loan processing, and managing her own rental properties. She provides excellent customer service and attention to detail in all her work. Holga is proud to be bilingual in both English and Spanish. She was born in California but raised here in Albuquerque and considers New Mexico her home. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Dean Holtze joined Tyson Properties in 2007. He is our Accounts Payable Bookkeeper in charge of overseeing all Vendor invoice and payment processing and Owner Disbursements. Dean has over 30 years of experience in the accounting field. He served our Nation proudly in the Navy during Desert Storm.
Judy Griego has been with Tyson Properties since 2011. She is our Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper and in charge of posting all payments, monitoring our Owner and Tenant Ledgers, assisting with the performance of our monthly audits and reconciliations. Prior to joining Tyson, Judy had worked in the accounting/ bookkeeping field over 30 years in various industries; construction, retail and a manufacturing company, where she was also the Office Manager. Judy was born and raised in beautiful Northern New Mexico. She has lived here in Albuquerque for 28 years where she resides with her husband. Her greatest joy is being a grandmother.
Tyson Properties, Inc was originally founded by Bob Tyson Huneycutt in 1997. Upon their marriage a few years later, Georgia Huneycutt joined him in growing Tyson Properties into the largest property management company in the State of New Mexico. Bob is a Retired Colonel of the United States Air Force. During his time in the military he was an F/15 Fighter Pilot in both Vietnam and Desert Storm. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with both a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Public Administration. Bob obtained a RMPA Association designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers and in doing so set a high standard for professionalism within our organization. He won the GAAR Excellence in Property Management Award in 2010. Georgia is a Graduate of the University of Texas with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining Tyson Properties, she worked for IBM in their Small Computer Divison, she was the former Business Owner of Port of Albuquerque Seafood, an Independent Sales Representative for Enesco Corporation, an Investigator for the United States Office of Home Security and a Real Estate Broker of Peach Realty in Albuquerque, NM. Bob and Georgia developed Tyson Properties based on their strong military values and business ethics. We are proud of the legacy that they created and adhere to those values today. Bob and Georgia are now happily retired and enjoying time with their grandchildren.
